Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives

- Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness

- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

- Monitor market trends and competition to identify business opportunities and potential threats

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners

- Manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales

- Continuously seek ways to improve business processes and increase profitability

- Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

- Report to senior management on business performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role, preferably in an African owned business

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team

- Excellent financial management skills, with a proven track record of budgeting and forecasting

- Knowledge of market trends, competition, and industry regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders

- Proactive and strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities

- Experience in developing and implementing marketing and promotional strategies
