 🌟Women's Month Spotlight 🌟 Meet Mfikeyi Makayi, an engineer and seasoned mining professional with over 15 years

of expertise!  As CEO of KoBold Metals Africa, she leads with distinction, and is the first Zambian woman to lead a major mineral exploration company in Zambia.  In its first year, KoBold invested over $150 million in Zambia on its flagship project Mingomba, and continues to expand its footprint within Zambia creating economic opportunities in the country's exploration industry.

Her academic excellence, highlighted by degrees from Old Dominion University in the U.S., where she earned a BSc in Civil Engineering and an M. Eng in Environmental Engineering, the University of Exeter, where she obtained an M.Sc. in Mining Engineering, and an Exec MBA candidate from Lagos Business School, demonstrates her dedication to excellence and business leadership.
