Successful candidates will begin their journey at the School of Banking Excellence (SBE)—a highly immersive training environment where participants are groomed to become future leaders. 🎯 PROGRAM TRACKS:

1️⃣ ELTP Retail

Designed for individuals who are passionate about customer engagement, relationship management, and delivering exceptional banking services. Participants will gain experience in branch operations and customer-focused roles.

Requirement: Minimum of a Second-Class Lower Division (2:2) degree in any discipline from an accredited university.

2️⃣ ELTP Tech

Ideal for innovators and problem-solvers interested in driving digital transformation within the banking sector. This track focuses on leveraging technology to enhance banking operations and customer experiences.

📌 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must reside in or be eligible to work in Nigeria

• Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)

• Must have access to a personal laptop and a reliable internet connection
