Contract Type

One-year renewable contract

Salary

NGN 500,000 monthly per role

Essential Requirements

Education

Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Development Studies, Public Health, Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or related disciplines

Experience

Minimum of five years of relevant experience in NGOs, INGOs, or development organizations

Proven experience working on donor-funded projects and in leadership or coordination roles

Core Competencies

Strong proposal writing and technical documentation skills, especially for Business Development and Thematic Expert roles

Resource mobilization, donor engagement, fundraising, and partnership management skills for fundraising-related roles

Technical expertise in public health or education for Thematic Expert positions

Sound knowledge of HR systems and labour law compliance for the Human Resource Manager role

Strong digital communications, branding, and media engagement skills for the Communications Specialist role

Experience in crowdfunding and digital fundraising for the Crowdfunding Manager role

Strong internal controls, risk management, audit processes, and regulatory compliance knowledge for the Internal Audit and Compliance Manager role

Professional Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism

Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
