Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in anatomy, physiology, and movement sciences, along with a passion for helping patients improve their physical function and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, including range of motion, strength, balance, and coordination

- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals

- Utilize various techniques and modalities, such as exercise, manual therapy, and therapeutic modalities, to help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and increase strength

- Monitor and track patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed

- Educate patients and their families on proper body mechanics, exercises, and home care techniques to promote continued progress and prevent re-injury

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to provide comprehensive care for patients

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans

- Stay current with advancements and developments in the field of physical therapy through continuing education and professional development activities

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution

- Current state license or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Physical Therapist

- CPR certification

- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and movement sciences

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform job duties, which may include standing for long periods, bending, lifting, and assisting patients with physical tasks

- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Experience working with patients of all ages and backgrounds is preferred
