Position: Education Consultant

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Consultant to join our team. As an Education Consultant, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students, parents, and educational institutions on various aspects of education, including academic planning, college admissions, and career development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert advice to students and parents on education options, academic planning, and career pathways.

- Conduct assessments to identify students' academic strengths, weaknesses and interests.

- Develop personalized education plans for students based on their assessment results and goals.

- Assist students with college admissions process, including application, essays, and interviews.

- Conduct research on educational institutions and programs to provide up-to-date information to students and parents.

- Collaborate with schools and other educational institutions to develop partnerships and facilitate student learning opportunities.

- Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and information sessions for students and parents on various education-related topics.

- Stay informed about educational trends, policies, and regulations to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.

- Maintain accurate and organized records of clients' progress and consultations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an education-related role, preferably as a consultant or counselor.

- Strong knowledge of various education systems, including K-12, higher education, and vocational training.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.

- Familiarity with college admissions processes and requirements.

- Proficiency in MS Office and educational software programs.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Passion for education and helping students achieve their academic and career goals.
