NOW, WHO IS CHIOMA NNANNA?
Chioma Nnanna, popularly called THE COACH WITH RESULTS is a multi award winning writer, international public speaker and spoken word artist. She has trained thousands of people on how to be great at these three skills too and monetize them.
She is the founder of Creatives-In-Business Africa (CIB AFRICA), a community of over 13,000 members in its Facebook group. On the 1st-7th of August, 2022, CIBA organized one of the biggest virtual empowerment programs for 10,000 African youths. Participants were taught 7 high income skills by industry experts (Emeka Nobis, Brenda Unu, Praise Ohanwe, Esther Odemwingie, Zim Simon, Seun Alade, Mary Ogundimu) and had the privilege to listen to the success stories of 6 high profile speakers (John Obidi, Mike Oladipo, Chinaza Favour, Victoria Ndu, Ikechukwu Godson, Chioma Nnanna) in an interview-like session. There was the also the bonus session with a special guest (Taiwo Fajolu) who had been a consultant for the state and federal government on various projects.

Chioma was invited by The American Spaces in Nigeria to facilitate a session during its Massive Open Online Courses streamed live in several states in Nigeria.
She was invited by John Obidi to train participants on THE BUSINESS OF BOOK PUBLISHING (How to sell the first 100 copies of your book) during the DIGITAL SKILLS TRAINING organized by Headstart Africa (a community of over 180,000 members) in partnership with Access Bank.
She taught participants public speaking during the 4 days physical FIND YOUR VOICE training by Vocal Array Academy in Anambra state.
She hosts the periodic ADVANCED SKILL-UP INITIATIVE which is the most practical and intensive ONLINE training on creative writing, public speaking and spoken word. It has had over 800 participants from several countries and people rush to book their slots months ahead of a new batch so as not to miss out. The waitlist for the next batch will soon be out and people are eagerly anticipating.

🔻 SOCIAL IMPACT WORKS
Chioma is very passionate about young people and that's why she started her non-profit project called YOUNG AND GETTING IT RIGHT.
One thing that drives her is the urge to help young people avoid repeating old mistakes. She wants to also be able to share things she did that gave her an edge and made her journey happen so quickly. It's one thing that sets her adrenaline rushing and puts her in action mode because she knows that there's a young person who will make better choices thanks to what she's doing.
In Lagos, YAGIR had the first edition of its school outreach in her secondary school- The African Church Model College where she was invited to speak to the SS3 students only. But after she spoke, the words hit hard and she was asked to speak to every student from JSS1-SS3, that is over 600 secondary school students.
So, she decided to do it again. This time, she reached out to secondary schools. Three beautiful people, Racheal Koleosho , Peter Abimbola and Asubaja Hope volunteered to accompany her and they spent hours talking to a class of SS3 students listening attentively. They got anonymous questions and just knew more young people needed them.
A teacher from another school saw pictures of the school outreach and asked if they would come to his school. Going there cost a lot of sacrifices but what is too much for the next generation? It was absolutely worth it. They had more volunteers like Rhoda Oddiri. At a point, while Chioma had the students repeat words of affirmation, it was like the room was electrified. They had rewired minds.
They told the students their individual stories, exploits, challenges and journey.

Mission: To provide trainings and books on personal development, entrepreneurship and other life skills that formal education curriculum do not cover for teenagers.
Port Harcourt was held in October. Three secondary schools were visited with up to 10 active volunteers.
YOUNG AND GETTING IT RIGHT (YAGIR) has impacted over 1,600 students directly in 3 secondary schools during both Lagos and Port Harcourt editions combined.
Chioma is an active volunteer for youth focused causes like the maiden edition of LET'S TALK YOUTHS CAMPAIGN etc.
She organises free youth empowerment programs like the SKILL-UP INITIATIVE which has had 3 editions so far and keeps getting better. First edition was for 1,000 youths, second edition was for 5,000 youths and the third edition that held in August was for 10,000 African youths. The fourth edition which will hold in 2023 is projected to empower 100,000 African youths.
She is currently organising THE MILLION NAIRA IDEA project for 50,000 African youths. It is aimed at transforming everyday young people into entrepreneurs with sustainable businesses capable of providing employment for other young people and contributing to their country's GDP.
